Yes, our day pass rate is $40/day. The hours are 9 am – 5 pm.
BKLYN Commons has two locations. Our first location is located in the heart of Prospect Lefferts Gardens, at 495 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, NY, 11225. We are across from the street from the Prospect Park B/Q/S train station.
Our second location is located in Bushwick/Bedford-Stuyvesant, at 7 Marcus Garvey Blvd., Brooklyn, NY, 11206, across the street from Woodhull Hospital and steps from the Flushing Avenue J/M/Z train station.
BKLYN Commons is open and staffed Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. However, members have access to the building 24/7 using the Kisi mobile app.
BKLYN Commons is responsible for assuring the health and safety of all of our members. In keeping with this objective, BKLYN Commons has formulated a policy balancing these concerns to promote a positive experience by allowing appropriate dogs in the office. A dog, up to 20 lbs., maybe permitted if its health and behavior are acceptable within an office setting and does not adversely affect office operations.
Conference room hours, 24/7 building access, high-speed internet, electricity, scanning/printing services, mail/package handling, bike rack, stocked kitchen, coffee and tea, front desk and maintenance staffed Monday to Friday within the hours of 9:00 to 5:00, office desks and chairs, endless networking and business opportunities.

Yes, you can choose to bring your own or use the ones we provide as part of your membership.
Yes, we encourage members to customize their office to their comfort and liking.
We offer month-to-month memberships and long-term lease. With a month to month membership, we require 30 days cancellation notice.

Due to COVID-19, members can have a limited number of guests in the space at one time. Member’s guests will be required to check-in and take a temperature check. BKLYN Commons may need to enforce a guest limit per company as CDC guidelines require.
